Our Team

Lana Kunstek

I'm a psychotherapist from Croatia with many years of experience in individual and group work. In 2019 I moved to Denmark, where I work in my Private Practice. One of the focuses of my expertise is to find out how our culture influences our personalities and what quality makes us unique and human.

I'm very passionate about embodiment because I have spent most of my life outside of my body trying to fit in an outside concept about life. I realized that underneath our ideas and projections lies a living being that wants to live and be in the creative movement. It is up to us to choose our way back to it.

My expertise is in helping individuals and companies with stress management using body-oriented and mindfulness-centred psychotherapy tools.

Anna Miraka

    I am a work psychologist with experience in cognitive behavioural therapy. My coursework and experience have prepared me for my career working with all individuals in the workplace. In addition to my major, I majored in psychology, including counselling and mental health.

    I wish to bring my knowledge, skills, and commitment to excellence to help individuals have a better work-life. On the same line, I want to help organizations create a strong culture and an excellent workplace to succeed.

    Throughout my education, I've acquired the necessary expertise in workforce recruitment, workforce organization, personnel training, stress management, assessments, internal consultancy on organizational development, motivation, and job satisfaction and culture.

Our Approaches 

  • Mindfulness: Mindfulness is focused on being non-judgmental while paying attention on purpose to what's happening in the present moment. Mindfulness helps us to cultivate a different relationship with our thoughts, feelings, and memories.
  • Body- Oriented Therapy : Our breath, movement, posture, and nervous system are profoundly influenced by our emotional state. Breath, movement, touch, mindful awareness, and imagery can support clients to feel safe, and discover inner resources that promote insight and healing.
  • Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT): CBT has been thoroughly researched and has been shown to be effective with numerous issues, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, and eating disorders.
  • Gestalt Therapy: Mindfulness, body awareness, and compassion inform this process in which clients recognize the parts that take up too much space, are intrusive and over controlling, and help them to grow, evolve, and take on a more positive role in our lives.
  • Yoga Therapy: Our breath, movement, posture, and nervous system are profoundly influenced by our emotional state. Breath, movement, touch, mindful awareness, and imagery can support clients to feel safe, and discover inner resources that promote insight and healing.
